Polisma Sweets began in New York City in 2019, with a simple love for baking and a dream of creating something of my own.

My first creations were ice cream and cakes, including cake in a jar and tres leches—sweet, homemade treats that allowed me to share a little bit of joy with others.

Then the pandemic changed life in ways none of us expected. During that uncertain time, baking became more than just something I loved to do. It became a way to create, connect, and bring a little sweetness to everyday moments.

As Polisma grew, so did my passion for experimenting with new flavors and creating treats that felt truly special. That journey eventually led me to the products that have become the heart of Polisma Sweets today: big, gooey cookies and freshly baked cinnamon rolls.

From our signature Biscoff and pistachio creations to rich chocolate flavors and indulgent cinnamon rolls, everything is made in small batches with care and plenty of love.

Today, Polisma Sweets continues its journey in South Carolina, carrying with it the same spirit with which it began in New York: creating sweets that are meant to be shared, remembered, and enjoyed.
