At Polisma Sweets, every order is freshly made with care and attention to quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Refunds will not be issued for orders that have been delivered or shipped successfully.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with photos and a description of the concern.
• Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases where the order was incorrect or significantly damaged upon arrival.
• Polisma Sweets is not responsible for damages or delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or improper handling after delivery.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and shipping information. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
