• Due to the nature of baked goods and food safety regulations, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and shipping information. Polisma Sweets is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
• Product appearance may vary slightly since all items are handmade.
• Some products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
• Polisma Sweets reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, fraud, or violation of these terms.
